Business Development Representative

What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a passionate, ambitious, and motivated Business Development Representative to join our B2B Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and hunter sales instincts
  • Seek out new business and perform a specialized sales function in routing leads to the sales team in order to drive additional growth
  • Develop and grow new business relationships with end goal of scheduling discovery calls
  • Locate new opportunities and schedule appointments for Account Executives

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in hunting, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Competitive nature combined with a work happy attitude and an ability to make people smile
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic startup environment

Total Compensation Package:

  • Industry competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Account Executive

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and motivated Account Executive to join our B2B Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify key new accounts and set up client meetings to pitch MyShoperoo to key decision makers
  • Manage complex sales-cycles and effectively present the value of our product
  • Generate new opportunities through cold-calling and strategic outreach
  • Close and grow opportunities generated by yourself and the marketing team
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and partnerships

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a closing sales role (selling to HR is a plus!)
  • Demonstrated success in business development with a strong hunter mentality
  • Competitive nature combined with a work happy attitude and an ability to make people smile
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic startup environment
